Anxiety

Everyone at one point in their lives’ experiences anxiety, such as when taking a test, going out on a first date, going to a job interview, etc.  However, if you are finding that your anxiety does not go away and is interfering with your daily life, such as in your school or work performance or with your relationships, then it is likely that you have an anxiety disorder.  

The anxiety and fear can be generalized or specific to certain events or circumstances.

There are several types of anxiety disorders, such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Phobia related disorders, Social Anxiety Disorders, Separation Anxiety Disorder, and Selective Mutism.
